Shipping

On purchase your product will be shipped the next working day for all capital cities. All non-metropolitan deliveries will take three days. This excludes the logo embroidery option.

Australia

2 – 4 working days for delivery.

A $20 shipping fee applies for all products ordered online.

Other Countries

For all orders outside of Australia please contact us to get a quote.

Once your order has been submitted it will be processed within one business day. All orders are sent using a courier service. Insurance is included and a tracking number can be provided on request. Shipping usually takes around 2-4 business days to arrive at its destination.

Returns

Satisfaction Guaranteed

We guarantee your complete satisfaction with any product purchased from Stormy Lifejackets Pty Ltd. Should any product purchased prove otherwise, simply return it to us within 30 days from purchase and we will replace it, refund your money, or credit your charge card. The goods returned must be unused, in new condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Should you wish to return your purchase for exchange or refund, please do the following:

include inside the package a copy of the invoice we sent with your purchase and tell us why you are returning your purchase and what action you wish to take;send at your own expense and risk. Stormy Lifejackets Pty Ltd recommends you insure your return goods when posting. Stormy Lifejackets Pty Ltd does not take responsibility for loss or damage to returned packages.
